Periodic reporting

Regular management reports to owners and boards covering operations, finance and risk in the China entity. We provide independent views, highlight key issues and recommend actions.

Corporate training

Training for management and staff on management, finance, sales and operations – tailored to the company’s structure, culture and China context. This can include workshops, on-site training and follow-up support.

Project-based advisory

Clearly defined projects with scope, deliverables and timelines, such as restructuring, ERP implementation, market entry or localisation initiatives. We work from diagnosis through to implementation.

Regular participation in management

Part-time involvement in management meetings and decision-making – for example as an external advisor, independent director or regular participant in management reviews and board meetings.

Short- or long-term managed teams

We build and supervise operational teams in China on behalf of the client. This can include finance, HR, sales or project teams, with clear reporting lines and performance follow-up to the owner or group management.
